These Terms govern your use of the website callgoodboy.com and the services of Good Boy Roofing, a division of Remodeling Concepts (“Good Boy Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, submitting a form, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
1. Program name & description
This is the Good Boy Roofing messaging program. When you opt in, you may receive text messages related to your exterior project, including appointment reminders, inspection and scheduling updates, quote follow-ups, customer-care messages, and — if you separately opt in — promotional offers from Good Boy Roofing.
2. How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages by checking the applicable consent box on our website form and providing your mobile number, or by otherwise giving us your express written consent (for example, in person or in writing). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Separate consent options are provided for service/transactional messages and for marketing messages.
3. Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier; please contact your carrier for details on your plan.
4. Opt-out instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may continue to receive non-marketing communications by other means.
5. Rejoin instructions
If you opt out and later wish to resume messages, you can reply START or UNSTOP, or opt in again through our website form.

7. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties other than the aggregators and providers that deliver the text messaging service. 9. Supported carriers & compliance
Our messaging program is operated in accordance with applicable industry standards and law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines. Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Boy Roofing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Service warranties, where offered, are described in your signed service agreement.
